Stephen W. Dailey, M.D.


Dr. Dailey graduated Cum Laude from Dickinson College before earning a medical degree at Jefferson Medical College. He completed his general surgery and orthopedic residency at Saint Luke’s Medical Center and a fellowship in hand and upper extremity surgery at SUNY Health Science Center. Dr. Dailey joined OIP in 1999.

Dr. Dailey is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society, and Pennsylvania Medical Society. He is a fellow of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and has a Sub-specialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand.

Dr. Dailey received the Duncan Lectureship Research Award in 1996 and 1998, the Allastair Karmody Student Research Prize in 1991 and is a member of the Omicron Delta Kappa Society. He also served as the Medical Director of Grandview Surgery and Laser Center in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Grandview Surgery and Laser Center and the Executive committee at Holy Spirit Hospital.

A native of Harrisburg and a third generation physician, Dr. Dailey resides in Mechanicsburg. When he is not taking care of patients at OIP, Dr. Dailey enjoys biking, fishing and skiing.
