Robert R. Dahmus, M.D.


After graduating from The Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Dahmus received a master’s degree in exercise physiology and a medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and has practiced orthopedics in Central Pennsylvania since that time. He joined OIP in 1996.

Dr. Dahmus is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, Dauphin County Medical Society and American Medical Association. He has served as an orthopedic surgeon for the Lower Dauphin School District for the past 25 years.

Dr. Dahmus has lived in the Hummelstown area for more than 30 years with his wife. They have four children.
