Dr. Royer is a clinical neuropsychologist in private practice in Mechanicsburg, PA.  He has been practicing for 20 years, and specializes in the use of neuropsychological and psychological tests to assess cognitive skills and psychiatric conditions.  Neuropsychological evaluations are a comprehensive assessment of how the brain is functioning.

Dr. Royer conducts IMEs, IREs and Peer Reviews using a broad spectrum of assessments including tests of effort and motivation, as well as measures that assess psychological factors.  He has extensive experience in depositions and courtroom testimony on all levels, ranging from County to Federal court.

Dr. Royer is a member of the Pennsylvania Psychological Association and the American Psychological Association, and has spoken about concussion and TBI assessment to many audiences including Psychologists, Physicians, Worker’s Compensation and Re-insurers.
