David is the Regional Director of WorkStrategies® at Select Medical’s outpatient rehabilitation division (NovaCare Rehabilitation, Select Physical Therapy and Kessler Rehabilitation). He is a member of the Select Medical Clinical Education Faculty and the WorkStrategies® Advisory Board.  David is a graduate of Misericordia University and is a board certified, licensed Occupational Therapist.  He is also a graduate of St. Francis University and achieved a Master of Human Resource Management/ Industrial Relations (MHRM/IR) degree.

David is an expert witness, peer review/utilization review specialist, consultant to the employer and insurance industries and a human resource management consultant.  He is a certified instructor in employment testing,  pre-work  screening,  functional  capacity  evaluation,  injury  prevention, onsite on-site employer services  and  ergonomic  job  site analysis.  He  is  a  member  of  the  occupational therapy clinical  advisory  board at Central Penn College  and  a  faculty  member  of  the  Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Pennsylvania Bureau of Labor and Industry – Workers’ Compensation Division and the CUE Institute.
