Our goal is to coordinate the entire process, beginning with scheduling the IME or related IME center service(s), providing a professional and independent objective analysis through a network of board certified physicians and health care professionals, and ending with an optimal quality and punctual document. Both claimant and defense requests are welcome.

IME EXAM
Our physicians are board certified and have vast experience in the evaluation and treatment of work-related injuries as well as personal injuries. They appreciate the importance of a thorough and objective IME in managing medical-legal issues. We are committed to providing reliable and knowledgeable documentation in an expedient fashion.
ADDENDUM
It is very common for additional records or diagnostic tests to be obtained after an IME report is issued. Our physicians and certified healthcare professionals will review all additional records/diagnostic studies and render an addendum report based on those records.
ORAL/VIDEO DEPO
Our physicians and healthcare professionals are available for providing medical expert witness services whether that is for oral or video depositions.
RECORD REVIEW
The physicians and healthcare professionals of the IME Care Center will perform an in-depth review of all medical records and deliver a timely and accurate report.
COLD CASE RESOLUTION
This service will be beneficial for any insurance carrier, lawyer, or employer who has a worker’s compensation, auto, or liability case that is languishing in the system, as well as any patient who is frustrated because they are still having medical issues related to their worker’s compensation injury.
NARRATIVE LETTER
When you need a summary regarding a patient who has been treated by one of our physicians or healthcare professionals, we can provide a narrative letter. Our knowledgeable doctors will issue a letter covering the patient’s treatment history, diagnosis, and prognosis.
UTILIZATION REVIEW
The purpose of a Utilization Review is to review treatment to determine if it is medically necessary. Our team can review the provided records and issue a Utilization Review report which can protect against unnecessary and inappropriate medical care.
PHONE CONSULTATION
Many attorneys prefer a brief conversation with a doctor regarding their patients before asking the physician or healthcare professional to issue a narrative letter. Our physicians and healthcare professionals are available for phone consults in these circumstances.
FUNCTIONAL CAPACITY EVALUATION
A Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is a series of tests that are used to determine the ability of a person to function in a variety of circumstances, most notably in their work environment.
MISCELLANEOUS FORMS
We will complete various forms upon request including Job Analyses forms and Physician Certificates.
